DIAMOND Compact Modules are sliding 7TE slide-in inserts for the 4U Carrier System. Up to 12 modules per carrier yields up to 144 fibres in 4U — uncompromising density without sacrificing the modular service architecture.
Form Factors
- Compact Module (splice + patch): Up to 12 fibres per module, E-2000® CompactRJ
- Front Module (patch only): Up to 12 ports per module, E-2000® APC or CompactRJ
- Custom configurations: Mixed APC / Compact / hybrid adapters
What Makes Compact Modules Distinctive
7TE is DIAMOND’s standardised slot format — different module types can coexist in the same chassis. This enables staged rollout: start with one module today, add more over years without touching the existing population.
Connector System
E-2000® with Active Core Alignment (ACA) technology — typical insertion loss ≤ 0.1 dB. Standard colour coding: APC green, PC blue, multimode beige variants. IP65 on request.

Since the DIAMOND press release of 27.04.2026 Fiber Products is the central supplier for the 19″ enclosure technology. Compact Modules plus compatible 4U Carrier System available directly. F4P own-manufacturing of custom modules — 5 years warranty.
