Factory-assembled 7HP splice modules. They migrate between SlimConnect 1U, VarioConnect 3U and DIAMOND subracks.
Modular distribution: three points that decide a 7HP system
Modules grow one at a time, subracks stay in place for years — how well a distribution level can be expanded depends on that.
Module instead of complete box
Replacing a whole box to add six fibres means paying for the full height every time. Modules grow one at a time.
Subracks are fixed
The rack is in place, and so is the subrack. New fibres have to fit the existing 7HP grid, not the other way round.
Connector systems in the installed base
LC, SC, E-2000 and ST on the same module grid — the expansion matches the existing connector interface.
